I was deal with factory full payment I was pay shipping amount to the factory for shipping when the shipment came to my country the agent in my country refuse to release the shipment until pay to him double that amount I was pay of shipping to the factory, and the factory did not helpful to provide me payment receipt from shipping company and said just invoice provide . the quality of lock very bad, the quality ,service is not as expected.
